Vitopolis Apartments
are made up of 3 aparments: Vitopolis 1, Vitopolis 2 and Vitopolis 3
Vitopolis 1*** one bedroom apartment of 31 m2 for 2 to 4 persons,
consists of a bedroom with double bed 160x200 and wardrobe, fully
equipped kitchen (all necessary utensils for cooking and eating, ceramic
glass hob, dishwasher , microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker,
fridge…) and a living room with sofa which can be turned into a bed for
two persons 160x200, nice bathrooms with walk-in bathtub and
balconies overlooking on one side Korzo- the main pedestrian area of
Rijeka and, on the other side Capuchin church. The apartment is
equipped with smart TV connected to high speed internet, free WiFi, air
conditioning, hair dryer, towel dryer, safe depot box and a steam iron.
Vitopolis 2 ****, studio apartment, 29 m2 for two persons, consists of
entrance hall (hallway) and one room with double bed 160x200, a
wardrobe and a fully equipped kitchen (all necessary utensils for cooking
and eating, ceramic hob, hood, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle,
coffee maker, fridge…), nice bathrooms with walk-in tub. There are two
large windows overlooking the main street. The apartment is equipped

Vitopolis 3 ***, one bedroom apartment, 35 m2 for 2 - 4 persons,
consists of a bedroom with double bed 160x200, wardrobe, fully
equipped kitchen (all necessary utensils for cooking and eating,
ceramic glass hob, dishwasher , microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee
maker, fridge…) and living room with sofa which can be converted
into a double bed 140x200, nice bathrooms with walk-in bathtub and
balconies overlooking the courtyard. The apartment is equipped with
smart TV connected to high speed internet, free WiFi, air conditioning,
hair dryer, towel dryer, safe depot box and a steam iron.
