especially between 10 pm and 8am

Persons not registered in the apartment are not allowed to stay in
Guests are obliged to take care of their belongings and valuables in the
apartments. The owner is not responsible for the possible disappearance
of the same
The owner of the apartment has the right in the absence of the guest
and in exceptional circumstances to enter the apartment in order to
prevent possible damage or danger, and is obliged to inform the guest at
the first contact
The guest is obliged to report immediately to the host any defect or
damage to the equipments or devices. If damage is caused by the guest,
the guest is obliged to compensate for the equivalent value
